The Wildflower Way is a spiral somatics method that reminds us: We are in control of our own minds and bodies.
With this moving meditation method, we blend grounded biomechanics and poetic, fascia-aware movement. It is designed for Gen Xers and curious others who want to feel lighter and stronger. The practice helps us reorganize our bodies from the ground up so we can move with more integrity, ease, and confidence. We use science, sound, metaphor, and accessible movement to feel at home in our own skin.
