The Bridge Between Rooted Mechanics and Spiral Somatics

Created by Rachel Maria Kisellus 🦋

Structural Bandha Theory describes the body as a living pressure system ~ an intelligent vessel where grounding and expansion are not opposites but phases of the same current.

Rooted Mechanics generates containment: The femurs seat, the fascia winds, the body builds internal pressure. Spiral Somatics releases that pressure into motion: the fascia uncoils, the spine waves, energy circulates.

The two are not separate techniques; they are one continuous feedback loop. Each Rooted Seal feeds a Spiral Flow, and each Spiral re-grounds itself into the next Seal.

This is the living architecture of the Wildflower Way ~ the structure that allows freedom, the freedom that sustains structure.

Rooted Mechanics teaches the body to hold the earth.

Spiral Somatics teaches it to move the sky.

Structural Bandha Theory is where the two meet ~ in the heart, where pressure becomes presence.
