Find a seat ~ in a chair, on the floor, wherever your body feels supported.
Place your feet on the ground. Feel them root, steady like stems pressing into soil.
Let your legs settle into their sockets, not forcing, just resting where they belong.
Squeeze your glutes and pull your belly in with intention, stabilizing your cross-body connections and lighting up your spine.
Now, notice your torso lifting. Imagine it as the bloom of the flower ~ upright, but soft. Not stiff, not collapsed. Supporting itself.
Gaze is steady upon the horizon or lifting gently to the sky.
Begin steady inhales and exhales into the space in your torso. Move into the space you create with your breath.
Steadiness below, ease above.
This is Wildflower Seat.
It’s our reminder that every challenge we’re experiencing in life holds both: The root (structure) and the bloom (softness).
Sit here and breathe for a few minutes. Allow the body to move if it needs to release tension or unwanted energy. Then, come back to your center.
Feel the steadiness. Feel the ease. 🌼
Practice three times a day for best results.
