The Wildflower Way of Inversion

There’s something ancient in the act of turning upside down.

that asks the bones to trust the earth in a new way.

But in the Wildflower Way, we don’t invert for drama.

We invert for integration.

We don’t go upside down to prove anything.

We go there to listen differently.

Because gravity is always teaching.

And when you shift your orientation to it, the whole fascial system gets a new chance to organize, decompress, and reset.
