Some of us were muted.
Not just in voice, but in value.
In invitation.
In belonging.
And when that happened ~
our body did what wildflowers do:
It grew toward another kind of light.
We developed a different kind of telepathy.
One that doesn’t use words.
One that hears before sound.
One that feels people before they know how to feel themselves.
This isn’t woo. It’s wiring.
Born from silence.
Trained in subtlety.
Refined in the dark.
Some of us didn’t speak
because there was nowhere safe to place the sound.
And so the sound became sensation.
