2. Dual signs ~ mph and km/h, gallons and liters side by side.
3. Metric defaults ~ food, medicine, science, government.
4. Flip the switch ~ roads, commerce, and culture go fully metric.
5. Legacy only ~ inches and miles remembered, not used.
